Apart of my final major project is that theres a lot of research to going in to this project to make sure the project is a strong backed up research outcome and come back so impact so while I’ve been developing my first stages of my app and brand I’m still research into more conception outcomes to see the type of outcomes that, last week I did a blog on outcomes and some conception and females campaign but over the week I thought about the different apps that out there for female health but I also came across a contraception editorial outcome that I found that stood out to me so much due the layout.
Your perfect match
the editorial below is a conception editorial trying to build awareness about people having different perfect matches on the conceptions options out as more than one, the design is created by Samantha Folz a female graphic designer from American, I. this project links back to my FMP due to the topic and trying to get people the message out there about their own perfect match and how one might not fit one person but might fit better for other.
the editorial has 8 spread on the different choices out there, I really love the colour choices as they work so well with each and make the editorial feel have a more playful effect the tone doesn’t come across to harsh with information due to the colours and layout, The typography in the editorial is very bold and easy to read and this is what is needed in this topic as the information had to readable to anyone while the text isn’t too heavy on the. page it gives enough information to the user that they need to know.
The layout out about the pro’s and con’s being on the side and having little symbols work so well as it like they are easy to know it means and it catches the readers eye straight away. The illustration on the editorial are very simple vector design and have the connection to the issues and this has really made me think I should include the images of each choice on my app so users that want support and know what in could can see the look of the choice so when they do get it they won’t be surprised.

females health App.
my oc– this is a daily pill reminder for users to go on and just click on their digital pill packet to say they’ve taken the pill, this is app doesn’t have anything else on the app to do other than just clicking on the packet to say they’ve done, I personally feel this app is very useless and doesn’t have much reason to download as there’s many more ways to remind yourself to take a pill.
Flow – This is a period app that’s one of the post popular app out that females have, the app allows people to track their. period and when they are meant to overate or due on for females on birth control that means they don’t get regular cycles or none at all it’s a stressful app as the app think your’e body is crazy. I really I think the app is strong app and can help females with more regular cycle see when they are due on or their ovation cycle but people don’t have this often struggle to use it plus the app you have to pay mouthy to understand your monthly cycle ( personally I think it should be free as women already have to pay enough to for cycle)
Natural cycle – natural cyclel is a app for a neural conception this advertise on social media but for people that don’t like hormones from the other choices out there , people don’t often go on this as the app as it can hard work to plan and follow and some users can get catch pregnant without planning. The app connects to a temp that the user buys and each day they place in the temperature to understand their body to try and see when their body is about to overrate, the app has a very simple layout and only shows thing they user will need but the only issues is if your on birth control there’s no real help as your wrong type of app.
App – Moody month – App that helps track cycle and mood of the days while also trying to help promote yoga and breathing and how ti can help your moods within your monthly cycle. Another thing about this app is that you have to pay for parts of the app to unlock off all the part of thew app.
