While drafting out my concept ideas for my final outcome for the book cover of my penguin project, I had sketch up an eye for the book cover and thought the idea of using a guys eye in my book would be visual strong but also link as a metaphor of someone is wathcing all times within the book.
when moving on to design my outcome for the cover I was unsure if the drawing of the eye would be strong enough to work on the front cover, instead of wasting time on a procgressing a drawing that i knew couldnt be used to in a professional looking book. While I binned off the idea of drawing the eye i went on to planning my own photography of someone eye.
Going on to taking photos of someone eye I knew would a easy task but awkward to get the perfect shoot, for a pervious project I used a photo I took of someone eye but it wasn’t as power. the photo below is the outcome of the eye capture before.

To help myself out to get a strong powerful outcome I went online to look at photography in black and white on men or close up of eyes to see if anything could give me inspiration on how to capture a photo of an eye in the best way, while I was looking around I came up across a couple of photos of close up of men that I wanted to try and use as a excitement to see if the outcome would work and see if they copyright free if that they could be used in my own work if they work amazing mean I couldn’t have stress as much trying to capture my photo.
The one photo that caught my eye the best was a photo of a man that taken by. photographer called Jack Davison, all of his work is copyright free and uploads to share with people while I used the photo as an experiment the photo outcome came out amazing and right so I will br using this outcome hopefully in my work if it works out good enough with the rest of the outcome.
