To finish off my screen print from Tuesday session, I didn’t have to do much as my screen with my two different layers were dry, all I had to do was cut out head layout and print into on A2 pages .
The colours I picked to work on was the yellow I created on Tuesday but I also came in yesterday to make grey and purple heads so I could use them as my final outcomes for my editorial work.
once letting the head layers to dry and cleaning down the print boards it was time to pick my 2 layers colours I went on to pick White for the brain layer and black for the leafs/ trees I knew theses colours would stand out on the head colours.
I came across an issues when screen printing I had exposed my brain to the board backwards so when printing the image was wrong I got really upset about this I felt that I had messed up big time however I did think of a way to fix it later once the work was all dry .
Theses are a few of my outcomes that I made while in the print studio.
To fix the brain error I scanned in the picture in my house once the image was fully dried and then went and put my design onto procreate and went in with a white pen to to go over the brain details to fill the error but also make the brain stand out more.
There is what the outcome looks like now with a better outline of the brain inside the tree.

Because I want to put my screen-printing on my editorial project work I wanted to add a background or something to make the screen- printing into a photo so I can print off to use in a frame.
I went off to design a photo background of text from a book I did this because I felt that it linked to the article as the character says it feels like she reading her favourite book over and over but only getting to read the index however this design didn’t really look good in my eyes it didn’t fit well with each other.
I went back to the design board in my head of thinking f different background I could make up that wasn’t stressful and because I used paint so far in my editorial spread designs I though I could make a water paint background of the same thing.
Theses are the two outcomes I created but I’m going to stick with the paint background and the screen printing outcome fits more better with it.
To make design into an image I simple printed out the final design on Photo paper and stuck it in a frame and smashed the frame glass up giving the destroyed look I wanted. when I took the photo there was a white background that used and image was a bit dark so I went back into photoshop to edit up the photo to get it to its best stage.
